Cocker Spaniels can be groomed several different ways and there are variations in every style depending on the groomer, experience level and preferences.
You basically have two options: go to a professional groomer or join the do it yourself club (or even both). There are plenty of wonderful groomers out there with years and years of experience. Just be careful as in every thing you invest in, and ask them lots of questions. We have invested in learning how to groom our Cockers and use many of the items you will find under the grooming tools page. We do this because sometimes taking your dog to a groomer can be traumatic. We find that they enjoy it much more when they are groomed at home.
